I'm a data- and customer-obsessed Brand and Design leader with over 8 years of experience building and scaling brands through cohesive visual systems, performance-driven strategy, and strategic creative direction.

Throughout my career, I've proven my ability to lead and develop fully remote design teams, optimize creative operations, and translate strategies into compelling, results-oriented visuals across all marketing touchpoints. I'm known for balancing creative excellence with efficiency, collaboration, and measurable business impact.

Outside of my work, I’m an avid hobby collector. Hiking, sewing, cooking, and fixing up my midcentury home all keep me engaged, excited, and creative.

Think I could be a great addition to your team? Let’s talk.

Experience

  • Harper Wilde | DTC Women’s Intimates & Apparel Startup | October 2024 – December 2025

Once promoted to Associate Director of Design at Harper Wilde, I owned all things visual for the brand. Every email, ad, site update, and direct mailer went through my review before getting launched out into the world. Key areas of responsibility & accomplishments included:

    Creative Leadership & Brand Direction

    • Lead end-to-end creative execution and approvals across brand and marketing channels, from brief through final delivery, ensuring alignment with brand positioning, customer needs, and business goals.

    • Remain a hands-on designer, stepping in to concept and execute full-funnel campaigns during high-priority or time-sensitive moments. [Read the case study]

    • Partner closely with executive leadership to shape and evolve Harper Wilde’s creative vision, maintaining a cohesive design language across product, marketing, and campaigns.

    Team Leadership & Development

    • Manage, mentor, and empower a team of 3 designers and 2 copywriters, fostering a collaborative, inclusive environment focused on creative excellence and professional growth.

    • Maintained 100% team retention during tenure as design lead, sustaining momentum and brand consistency through multiple periods of growth and leadership changes.

    Operational Scale & Process Innovation

    • Successfully scaled creative output by nearly 200% without increasing headcount by implementing templates, streamlined workflows, and clearer creative direction—enabling faster iteration and expanded testing capabilities across paid media and CRM channels.

    • Researched, piloted, and led adoption of AI-powered retouching tool in post-production, resulting in a 58% reduction in cost per image and 77% reduction in turnaround time, while improving consistency and maintaining an elevated brand aesthetic. [Read the case study]

    • Built and implemented SOPs and custom production tools (e.g. custom-coded shotlist framework spreadsheets, product fit calculators, templated production decks) to optimize photoshoot planning, on-set efficiency, and content capture prioritization.

    Creative Direction & Production

    • Lead art direction for e-commerce and campaign photoshoots from concept through final assets, partnering with Product, Marketing, Operations, producers, and freelance creatives.

    • Oversee post-production workflows including image selection, retouching direction, vendor management, and final approvals.

  • Harper Wilde | DTC Women’s Intimates & Apparel Startup | March 2022 – October 2024

I joined Harper Wilde at the start of their growth phase as a Senior Visual Designer and key partner to the Senior Art Director. While the Sr. AD focused on big picture brand initiatives, I poured my energy into optimizing and scaling the processes and output capabilities of the creative team without sacrificing quality. Collaborating with the Growth Marketing team, we built robust creative testing plans for Paid Ad and CRM channels, analyzing the data to see what truly resonated with both existing and prospective customers. Key areas of responsibility included:

    • Designed and executed high-performing creative across all marketing channels, including paid social, email, SMS, web, digital ads, and print.

    • Art directed and produced e-commerce and lifestyle photoshoots, collaborating cross-functionally on product fit, talent casting, and content capture.

    • Created stop-motion and animated assets for paid media, owning the full process from concept and photography capture through animation, design, and delivery.

    • Led art direction for monthly capsule collection projects in collaboration with influencers and nonprofits, including embroidered bra design, packaging, and web assets.

    • Supported and mentored junior designers and freelancers, reviewing work and ensuring adherence to brand standards.

    • Conducted competitive analysis and lead typography updates in partnership with Brand Leadership, playing a key role in the Spring 2023 brand refresh

  • 98point6 | Virtual Primary Care Health Technology Startup  |  January 2020 – February 2022

I joined the 98point6 marketing team in January 2020 — taking on the challenge of convincing businesses of the benefits that virtual care access would provide their employees — and then we all know what happened in March 2020. Demand for 98point6’s services saw an unprecedented increase, and we had the opportunity to scale the business quickly.

I worked alongside a team of designers to create a wide variety of branded materials for consumer, enterprise, and internal clients. Collaborating with internal company stakeholders as well as outside vendors, we drove customer engagement and brand awareness while maintaining brand excellence.

    Key responsibilities included:

    • Built and scaled the 98point6 visual brand within a lean, fast-moving design team.

    • Created branded assets across consumer, enterprise, and internal marketing channels.

    • Collaborated cross-functionally with Legal, Medical, and Product teams to ensure accuracy, compliance, and clarity of all marketing communications.

    • Improved team efficiency by introducing templates, standardized file structures, workflow documentation, and self-serve design resources.

    • Developed and maintained a centralized digital asset library.

    • Mentored a Junior Production Designer, providing feedback on tasks and coaching through design and branding fundamentals.

  • Self-Employed  |  2008 – Present

While I absolutely love being deeply embedded in an in-house team, I also freelance for select clients to keep things fresh. I find that taking on projects that excite me outside of my 9-5 helps me be a more holistic and innovative creative.

    Key responsibilities include:

    • Deliver end-to-end creative solutions—including concept & strategy, brand design, photography, and fully designed campaigns—to improve brand awareness, engagement, and revenue.

    • Selected clients include: Indegoot Entertainment, Ravel & Unravel, Buca Botanicals, Glazer’s Camera, Bellevue Arts Museum, Greyhound Pet Adoption Northwest.

  • Glazer’s Camera | Family-owned Photography Supply store serving the Pacific Northwest since 1936 |  2017 – 2019

    • Designed in-store signage and merchandising materials to clearly communicate product value and enhance the customer experience.

    • Redesigned camera-counter product tags to improve clarity, cohesion, and adherence to brand guidelines.

    • Executed design development of print and digital assets to support the Marketing & Events teams.
